On March 4th 2020 in partnership with the SOAS University of London, The Royal African Society, the African Foundation for Development, and the MIT Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship, The IE Africa Center will be hosting the fourth edition of its flagship event, African Solutions, Global Challenges in London, focused on the role of the African diaspora in shaping Africa’s present and future. In this edition of the IE Africa Center’s, African Solutions, Global Challenges, the SOAS University of London, the Royal African Society, the African Foundation for Development (AFFORD) and MIT Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship, The IE Africa Center will focus on the ways in which Africa’s diaspora is playing a leading role in defining the future of the continent. With a series of short TED talk style presentations, speakers will narrate how they found an African solution to a global challenge in the diaspora.
