Meeting time: 10:45 (meeting point will be detailed in the confirmation email)

Start time: 11:00am

Distance: 7.5 Miles

Difficulty: Easy – A circular walk taking in the River Adur. This is intended to be a silent walk for half of the journey. Waking the whole way there in silence then walking back talking. This is intended so we can embrace the nature around us, sights, smells sounds. On the way back those that wish to continue in silence can do so but those who want to socialise on the way back are encouraged to do so. This is intended to be a safe space for introverts or those that struggle with social events.
