At this half day conference, we will explore how our individual culture, heritage and language(s) can be used as a tool to overcome specific challenges in the workplace, with an aim to break down barriers and create a more inclusive community.
We will also explore how the fear of ‘getting it wrong’ can impact conversations about race and inclusion.
Our Speakers and Workshop facilitators, who are from diverse backgrounds, will also delve into how cross-cultural connections can combat isolation and loneliness in the workplace.
