Join acclaimed British singer Vula Malinga for a powerful live residency at the iconic Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, bringing an electrifying blend of soul, R&B and jazz to one of London’s most celebrated music venues.
A standout presence on the UK music scene, Vula is renowned for her dynamic vocal range and captivating stage presence. Her ongoing residency, Vula & Friends, has become a staple of Ronnie Scott’s programme, offering audiences an intimate and high-quality live music experience.
Across this series of performances, Vula is joined by a talented live band, delivering a rich mix of original material and reimagined classics in a relaxed and immersive setting.
Vula’s career spans collaborations with some of the biggest names in music, including Sam Smith, Adele, Dizzee Rascal, Clean Bandit, Robert Glasper and Lalah Hathaway, and she is widely recognised for her long-standing work with Basement Jaxx, contributing to their Top 10 hit Oh My Gosh!.
Beyond live performance, she has worked extensively as a vocal musical director, including on major projects such as the Quincy Jones Orchestral series, BBC Proms performances, and the Ibiza Classics concerts with Pete Tong. Her vocal ensemble, Vula’s Chorale, has featured in major productions celebrating artists such as Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder.
With a voice praised for its range, texture and emotional depth, Vula continues to push creative boundaries while delivering performances that connect deeply with audiences.
