A Jamaican-born artist raised in New Jersey, JustKing Jones has developed a distinctive sound that moves effortlessly across genres, combining jazz and soul with influences from hip-hop, global rhythms and contemporary production. His music is both technically rich and deeply expressive, rooted in groove, improvisation and connection.

Jones has performed and toured worldwide with a wide range of influential artists, including Ms. Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Gorillaz, Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), Talib Kweli and the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, and has collaborated with Grammy-winning vocalist Bilal. These experiences have helped shape a sound that is expansive, spiritual and globally informed.
