Black British Ballet Dance Workshop

Join Royal Ballet School graduate Darren Panton for a dance workshop combining ballet with contemporary, African and Caribbean dance.

Presented through the Black British Ballet project, this session welcomes participants ranging from beginners to more experienced dancers. Its combination of styles offers an opportunity to explore movement through different dance traditions.

Darren Panton brings his professional experience to a workshop designed to be enjoyable and engaging, giving participants a practical way to take part in Lambeth Libraries’ Black History Month programme.

The session takes place at Tate South Lambeth Library. Whether you are trying dance for the first time or building on an existing interest, the workshop offers an opportunity to learn with an experienced performer and teacher.
