The Afrobeats Festival is an annual music festival held during the penultimate weekend in August. The event takes place at Barking Park in East London and is the central hub of African culture, and most importantly the burgeoning sound of afrobeats. The day consists of two stages, live entertainment, great food and numerous activities for the little ones.
AB Fest is an outdoor summer festival celebrating African music and culture. The artists performing are all contributors to the UK’s afro-beat scene, whether it be blending UK rap and West African rhythms or mixing grime with samples from melodies, that originate from Africa.
