This will be a celebration of the richness of the African and Caribbean people and their culture through fashion. The showcase will include latest designs in African inspired fashion, prints and textiles with trendy wears and styles showing the diversity and richness of the culture of the African Caribbean people.

2. The Sew London Project

The Sew London Project is a dynamic creative art, craft, recycling and sewing studio situated in Barking, East London where a range of sewing courses from beginners to advanced are offered. These include textile workshops, tie & dye techniques, upcycling, painting, drawing and teaching adults courses. Headed by Kemi Oloyede, founder, trained artist and creative director, she uses beads, African print, shells, ebony wood and other items to create designs, gifts, bags accessories which are truly African inspired. The ethos of The Sew London Project is steeped in ethical fashion, elegance, style and special bespoke outfits that will create lasting memories.
