Revolution School – Nourishment Workshop

Thursday 21 August

Come and nourish your craft, your community and yourself in a welcoming, creative space.

Join Brixton House for a dynamic and intergenerational series of free, hands-on workshops presented by Revolution School in collaboration with Land In Our Names (LION)—a Black-led collective committed to land justice and collective liberation.

Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to be nourished—by the land, by community and through creativity. In a world that often takes more than it gives, Nourishment becomes a radical act of care, resistance, and regeneration.

These sessions are designed with families, young people and all generations in mind. You’ll move, make, reflect and connect—centering sustainable living, cultural healing and joyful self-expression.

Led by revolutionary artists, thinkers and land justice advocates, we’ll ask together:

  • What feeds us—physically, spiritually, creatively?
  • What does a just and sustainable future look like?
  • How can art help us resist, rebuild, and reconnect—with ourselves, each other, and the earth?

Whether you’re a grower, a dancer, a writer, an activist—or just starting out—come nourish your craft, your community and yourself in a welcoming, creative space.

Free and open to all. No experience needed—just bring your full self.
