Taken from the new book The Place for Me – Stories About the Windrush Generation, Dr Ayshah Johnston from the Black Cultural Archives (BCA), will deliver a talk and retell the moving experiences of some of the book’s contributors of sacrifice and bravery, inspired by first-hand accounts of the Windrush generation.

 

Join the BCA and Lambeth Libraries to celebrate this new documented account of the Windrush generation for young people.
