Patrice Rushen At Koko

Composer, producer, international recording artist and regular 70s and 80s chart-topper Patrice Rushen comes to the UK for her first headline show in over a decade.

 

Continuing to this day to gain regular plays across the airwaves for her unique jazz/R&B/disco fusion, over the years Patrice built a dynamite collection of hits including “Forget Me Nots”, “Haven’t You Heard” and “Remind Me”.

Hits aside, she’s considered to be one of the world’s top jazz pianists, performing with and producing for the likes of Prince, Michael Jackson, Nancy Wilson and Carlos Santana.

Patrice’s instrumental prowess has earnt her a long list of ground-breaking achievements, countless scores on TV and film and appearances at the world’s most prestigious festivals and venues. She’s one of the most sought-after artists in the world, making this rare appearances a very special one indeed.
