What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith Broadway Centre. Parking is also free outside the venue and surrounding roads on weekends.

What’s the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on event tickets. If you are unable to attend the event once booked, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to transfer your ticket to someone else on our waiting list. Failing that, we are happy for you to transfer the ticket onto someone else. Just contact us by phone or email to change the name of the ticket-holder.
