Hull Jazz Festival: Apphia Campbell Black is the Colour of My Voice

Sat 16th NNovember 3pm - 4.15pm

Direct from sellout runs in the West End, Edinburgh and New York, this critically acclaimed show is inspired by the life of Nina Simone.

She reflects on the journey that took her from a young piano prodigy destined for a life serving the church to a renowned jazz icon at the forefront of the Civil Rights movement.
