Curve, Serendipity and Inspirate present: 40 years on: The Arts That Britain Ignores and Diversity in British Theatre.

2016 marks the 40th anniversary of Naseem Kahn’s The Arts That Britain Ignores, the first major inquiry into the cultural work of ethnic minority communities in the UK. Curve (recipient of the 2015 UK Theatre Award for Promotion of Diversity) in partnership with diversity-led arts organisations Serendipity and Inspirate host a national conference exploring the current landscape for BAME artists and organisations and their relationship with venues  and institutions.
