Apittame Cinema Club: Dope

Saturday 11 September 2021

Come celebrate cinema at the Attenborough Arts Centre on 11th of September

Apittame Arts is a new organisation dedicated to collaborating, creating, and inspiring art. We are putting on Dope by Rick Famuyiwa. Malcom and his friends attend an underground party, when police raid it and they run, they find that a drug dealer had hid a gun and guns in his backpack.

We chose Dope to kick off the first of many events we want to throw as part of Apittame Arts. Our vision is to make aware of the more lesser-known, thought-provoking and unique stories. Especially the stories surrounding ethnic minorities.

Tickets are free but your attendance means a lot to the arts community.

We are looking forward to seeing you!
