Want a way to keep meet other students whilst learning and celebrating black history and culture?

Join UPSU for a screening of Hidden Figures to do just that. It is loosely based on the 2016 non-fiction book of the same name by Margot Lee Shetterly about African American female mathematicians who worked at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) during the Space Race.

There will be some free light refreshments including popcorn, crisps, sweets and cans of fizzy drinks.

We will also be showing Cool Runnings and have a digital screening of Homecoming as part of our Black History Month programme.

The movie will start at 7pm sharp.
