Teresa Segura-Garcia (Universitat Pompeu Fabra): The Indian princely states and America at the end of empire, 1900–1939

Dr. Segura-Garcia received her PhD from the University of Cambridge. She is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Unversitat Pompeu Fabra.

Somak Biswas (University of Warwick): India, Indenture and the Empire: Cultural Politics of a Transnational Discourse, 1904-1945

Mr. Biswas is a doctoral candidate at the University of Warwick.

Oliver Coates (University of Cambridge): An African Orient? West Africans in World War Two India, 1943-1947

Dr Coates received his PhD from the University of Cambridge. He currently teaches undergraduates at University of Cambridge and the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales, Universite de Paris.
