MBK Peloton brings together members of My Brother’s Keeper (MBK), a global network of over 1,100 Black men, for a weekend of community, wellbeing and cultural engagement in London.
Now in its third year of gathering in the UK during Black History Month, the group travels from the United States and beyond to connect through shared experiences and a focus on physical, mental and spiritual wellness. The programme centres around sessions at Peloton Studios London, creating a space for movement, reflection and community building.
Alongside fitness activities, the weekend will include a cultural and community-focused session aimed at supporting young Black men in the UK. This element of the programme reflects MBK’s wider mission to give back, mentor and create opportunities for connection across generations.
Blending wellness, brotherhood and community engagement, the event offers a unique opportunity to connect with an international network committed to personal growth and collective support.
