R&B singer-songwriter Betty Wright catapulted to fame in the 70s with her signature tune “Clean Up Woman”. She was only 17 years old. Since then she has continued to record chart topping albums and has a repertoire that spans over four decades. Her classic tunes include “Tonight Is The Night”, “She’s Got Papers On Me”, “No Pain, No Gain” and the stellar-hit “Keep Love New”. With her powerful yet silky vocals, Bettys tracks sound as fresh and awesome today as they did back in the day. More recent releases have featured collaborations with the likes of The Roots, Joss Stone, Lil Wayne and Snoop Dog.
