Ever wondered how to create some the Caribbean’s flavour explosion recipes at home? Well take this opportunity to learn the art of Caribbean cooking with authentic recipes and seasoning with a vegan twist. Without the use of meat or dairy you will create not only some of the most recognisable Caribbean treats but will learn the art of presentation and culture culinary fusion.

Every class is hands on with demos, clear instructions and recipe packs and concludes with a sit down meal where you eat the fruit of your labour while listening to the sounds of Reggae and Soca. We cannot promise you sun, sand and sea but we can promise you an authentic Caribbean culinary experience!
