Women in the Shade – Black Women in Policing

At Women in the Shade, we aim to shed light on the remarkable achievements and challenges faced by black women in law enforcement. This event will provide a platform for sharing experiences, discussing important issues, and fostering connections within the community.

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking panel discussions, listen to inspiring keynote speakers, and participate in interactive workshops. Our goal is to empower and uplift black women in policing, while promoting diversity and inclusivity within the field.
