Health Issues in the Black Community: Safeguard Your Health and Wellbeing

Presented by our very own Wellness Champion Empressjai and Friends. This seminar will focus on health issues that disproportionately affect people from the African and Afro- Caribbean community. She will discuss practical ways to safeguard your physical health and emotional wellbeing. You will be helped to identify some of the health stealers that can contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle and explore the small changes that the whole family can adopt.
