Levi Roots Caribbean Cooking Masterclass!

Sat 3 March 2018 09:00 – 12:00

Discover Caribbean cuisine with the trailblazer himself – Levi Roots! Levi opened his first “Rastarant” at Westfield Stratford City last year and is now opening his kitchen to inspire those with an interest in Caribbean food. Levi will show you how to make some of his favourite dishes from the menu and will give you the opportunity to learn more about what makes the cuisine so distinctive.
Set in his bright and colourful restaurant, the morning will start with a Meet & Greet with Levi, complete with tea and coffee on arrival! The event is rounded off with a sampling session, appreciating the tastes of the islands and learning more about key Caribbean ingredients. Fabulicious!
A morning with Levi is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and some music in your food!
