To celebrate the start of Black History Month 2018, Mandy has invited BAME casting experts to break down their process and give insider advice on how to stand out. Raw talent is only the beginning of an acting career, their advice will help you get to the next level.

Dr Clare Anyiam-Osigwe B.E.M is a filmmaker and the marketing director at BUFF. Clare is also the founder of On Point Communications – a PR agency which specialises in Film communications and Co-Founder of BUFF Originals, film production company, who successfully independently released and distributed their critically acclaimed debut feature ‘No Shade’ which casted 98% BAME talent infront of the camera and 80% in the crew. Clare wrote, acted, directed and casted for the film. Clare is also a newly appointed Acting & Directing guest lecturer at MET Film School.
