Black Girls In Tech Fest (BGIT FEST) takes the form of a physical networking event to create pathways for underrepresented talent which is an important aspect of the work that we do at BGIT Black Tech In Tech Fest aims to inspire and create space for powerful conversations around technology, inclusion and innovation.

BGIT FEST aims to be an event where our members can not only network with each other but also various companies / both small startups and established large firms within the tech industries looking to recruit diverse hires and expand their network.
