The AVC Festival returns for a 4th year with the mission of creating a global platform for artists, entrepreneurs and art lovers of every age and background to come together, create, enjoy and share the spirit of a Multicultural Africa

OBJECTIVES: The “African Village Cultural Festival” will value and highlight the fantastic range of African cultures through the African fashion design, the African Cuisines and Arts, thus developing the spirit of multiculturalism and tolerance, thus providing a networking opportunity for people from different ethnic background.

The “African Village Cultural Festival” is an opportunity for non-Africans to learn about the variety of African cultures and to learn and change their perceptions about their cultural identities.

The “African Village Cultural Festival” will bring unity and to educate both the young and old about Afro Dress up Cultures

The “African Village Cultural Festival” will create a concept of different colours one people to promote Unity worldwide and to educate people about how the Afro people dress and the kind of culture we have during the old ages

To create an international business networking platform for entrepreneurs coming from various countries.

WHAT WE DO?

We host a weekend of business opportunities including seminars and conference.
We host outdoor activities in the park.
We host a vip Gala Dinner Night.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The festival will take place in London on July 22 , 2017 in London and will be under the patronage of some public figures from the English Premier league, and also figures from African Embassies in the UK.

The activities will include the followings:

1.1. African Village Cultural Festival (Exhibitions and Fashion Runway) From 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Address: Seven Kings Parl Ilford IG3 8QP Off Aldborough Road North (A12) Nearest Station: Newbury park ( 10 min walk) – Seven Kings Station (10 min walk)

There will be an exhibitions and fun day in a park, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and activities will include:

Live performances of modern and traditional music and folk dances.
A children’s gallery
Marketplace displaying a variety of arts and crafts vendors.
Fashion show from designers coming across the Diaspora

In addition to the artistic aspects of the festival, guests can delve into elements of African culture such as:

Traditional ceremonies
An exhibit of African dwellings and authentic cuisine
A fashion show of Afro designers from the Diaspora.

1.2. Evening Gala dinner: From 8.00 pm to 3.30 am

Red carpet and photo shooting
