#ThisIsBlackGenZ Research Launch

Wednesday 13th July

Join TapIn for the launch of #ThisIsBlackGenZ research report. A day of showcasing top Black Gen Z talent, meaningful discussions, and more!

The event will formally launch the report and highlight key themes as well as telling stories from some of the survey respondents. At its core, this event will be focussed on showcasing the very best of Black Gen-Z talent in the UK. We will begin with a welcome reception before a day of panel discussions and presentations. To bring the day to a close, guests are welcome to stay for an informal networking session.

Did you know that 34% of black students are unemployed after graduation?

With so much talent struggling to find work, it is hard to understand why so many companies are failing to attract and retain diverse Gen Z talent – and there is little to no research on it.

At TapIn, we are on a mission to find out why this gap is there – and find ways employers can fix it. The research project looks into what Black Gen Z looks for in employers, and what motivates them to stay or leave workplaces.

On Wednesday 13th July 2022, we plan to champion young Black voices and take the first steps to making real change. There will also be after work-hours networking for those who can’t attend during the day!
