The session will feature the Unity in the Community team and special guests highlighting iconic figures from past and present that have played a pivotal role in motivating them to achieve personal success. Celebrating black history month in a discussion-based session to inspire future generations, while creating awareness of black excellence and the historical relevance that these figures have made in society.
We will delve into the inspirational lived experiences and struggles that they overcame that made those figures iconic. We will discuss the possible learnings to advance modern-day society for all Black and marginalised people.
