The Black Achievers Awards 2026 returns to Nottingham for an inspiring evening recognising the achievements, leadership and contributions of Black individuals from across the community.
Taking place at the Crowne Plaza Nottingham, the awards provide an opportunity to celebrate people whose work, determination and commitment are making a positive difference across professional, cultural and community life.
Presented by Honorary Alderman Merlita Bryan, the event brings guests together for an evening combining recognition, entertainment and networking.
Awards ceremonies play an important role in ensuring that achievement is seen and celebrated. Alongside well-known figures and established leaders, they can provide a platform for people whose work often takes place within businesses, voluntary organisations, neighbourhoods and local communities without receiving wider recognition.
