Every Wednesday @ 7pm – 8pm via Zoom
Dedicated to those who identify as Black, Mixed Race, or an ethnic minority.
A virtual space to meet like-minded mums and take part in conversations that matter.
These weekly sessions will increase positive mental wellbeing and promote a better understanding of physical health as a new mum.
