Following on from Black History Month, E-Mix (TSSA’s self-organised group for BAME members) will celebrate the many successes of our members and examine what we need to do to tackle the continued discrimination that we face at work.
As part of the BHM #ProudToBe we will be reflecting on the achievements of our members from a diverse range of backgrounds but will also examine what we need to do in tackling the continued discrimination that our members face at work.
Specifically, we want to explore how we open up career development at work and advancement of BAME activists within our Union structures.
