The NAPA Year of Connected Communities is all about supporting the care sector to prioritise community connections, with the aim of improving psychological and social wellbeing. We invite creative examples of positive practice to share with the sector. We have many plans for 2023, not least our series of virtual community discos and we look forward to working together as we connect communities and enhance lives.’
