David will be looking at the most influential black speakers in history and highlight the skills and techniques that made them powerful and influential communicators. This will be an interactive mini-workshop where you will have the chance to ask questions and learn how to become a well-spoken and confident leader! You’ll also get the chance to learn about a range of impressive individuals from Black History.

 

Sir Kenneth, who founded the Aleto Foundation to raise leaders from overlooked and underserved backgrounds, will present how the Aleto Foundation’s history is linked to the Queen’s Honours; and why more young people are aiming for the honours award recognition.

About David:

David Villa-Clarke BEM, MBA was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List in January 2017 for his commitment to charitable service, mentoring and sports coaching.

David has been the CEO of The Aleto Foundation since 2017. As well as being CEO, he is the Director of DVC Wealth Management Ltd.

David has worked in the Financial Services Industry for 25 years, in the field of Private Client Investment Management, he helps clients to achieve their financial objectives by providing bespoke financial planning advice.
