RESILIENCE: IN CONVERSATION (ONLINE)

THURSDAY 19 NOVEMBER 2020 2:00PM – 3:30PM

Resilience is a word that can define the Black experience.  2020 is a year that defines the word Resilience.1

In response to the Resilience exhibition, this is an opportunity to get to know the artists behind the work. Listen to them talk about the influences that have shaped their artistic practice, the creation of the works featured in the exhibition and what it means to be an artist in 2020.

Featuring Ade Coker, Stephen Anthony Davids (SAD), Shangomola Edunjobi, Ana Paz and Patricia Vester in conversation with Pawlet Brookes.

Through Resilience and BlackInk, Serendipity has supported over 30 local, national and international artists, writers and practitioners.  You can support by purchasing a copy of BlackInk or artwork for sale: https://www.serendipity-uk.com/product-category/store/
