A dynamic contemporary class from BOTH Dance, an initiative of teachers Beatrice Ghezzi and Orley Quick.

What to expect

For this block of 6 sessions, Orley and Beatrice will take turns to offer a high-level, fast-paced, dynamic contemporary class drawing upon release, Limón, Graham and Cunningham techniques. The classes will include alignment, floor and travelling work to great music. Whilst both teachers have their own approaches, all of the sessions will focus on physicality and embodiment, quality, musicality, strength and technical clarity.

BOTH are supportive, prioritising a welcoming and open environment to foster their vibrant and eclectic mix of students.

Important information

These sessions are aimed at intermediate/advanced level dancers. Students must have a good contemporary and/or ballet base. Experience in floor work is required.  Please get in touch if you are unsure if this class is appropriate for you – both.dancing@gmail.com.
