Dr Lynda Ince-Greenaway’s memoir, Hard Truth explores the transformations that individuals experiencing grief and trauma undergo and serves as a guide to pursuing goals in the face of adversity.

Dr Ince-Greenaway, revisits the moments that drastically impacted her life from the loss of her father during childhood, settling in the UK from the Caribbean during the Windrush years, to the tragic death of her husband, birth of her son, loss of her mother and brother.
