We are in times of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA). In this webinar, internationally recognised expert in inclusion, Dr. Ian Dodds, will demonstrate how to deliver high performance in these VUCA times through Inclusive Leadership. He will describe what Inclusive Leadership is and how to develop Inclusive Leaders to deliver high performance, great customer service, high levels of employee engagement and complex change. Ian is a founder partner of the Adaptive Intelligence Group, contributing his expertise to create adaptive cultures and an environment of excellence.

Dr Ian Dodds

Dr. Ian Dodds, 2017 Lotus Award winner for his lifelong contribution to Inclusive Leadership, has a successful record of turning round failing organisations by developing inclusive leaders right down to the front-line of management; as well as driving Gender and Race Equality in organisations. Before becoming a consultant, Ian was Group Head of Organisational and People Development for ICI, then the largest chemicals company in the world, and a member of its Fine Chemicals Manufacturing Board. He is a regular speaker on international platforms on the Power of Inclusion and is featured in Who’s Who ‘Business Leaders of the Millennium.’ He holds an MA (Oxon), PhD, Cert Ed (with distinction) and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Ian is a founder member of the Adaptive Intelligence Group.
