Dr Sharon Watson and Asher Jael will discuss how dance and performing arts in Leeds is a bridge between our community and the international sectors, and what impact this can have for us all.

This conversation will be followed by a Q&A and a drinks reception thereafter.

This is part of The World Reimagine community programme coordinated by Asher Jael. The World Reimagined is an national arts trail present in Leeds with the support of Leeds City Council. The project which seeks to change the way we talk about black history and racial justice. This involved such community event, alongside school engagement and working with the local heritage sectors.
