During the pandemic the whole world became acquainted with Zoom. This video communications platform became a life line for many during the COVID 19 lockdown, enabling us to stay in contact with friends and family, continue working as well as hold communal events.
Zoom became the medium through which we delivered educational courses, hosted online weddings, attended funerals, held church services, business events, conferences and so much more.
Most of us now use Zoom. It’s become indispensible, but oftentimes we have a perfunctionary knowledge of it, and aren’t always aware of how to fully maximise our time or the features of this platform.
Paul Morrison, currently serves as UK&I lead for Primary, Secondary and Further Education for Zoom Video Communications, Inc. He helps schools and colleges to use video communications technology so that teacher and student can participate in classes no matter if they are in the school or at home. He has 25 years experience working within the IT sector.
