Jeff Mills Presents: Tomorrow Comes The Harvest (Evening)

Saturday 27 September

We are honoured to welcome one of the most visionary artists in electronic music, Jeff Mills, as he brings his groundbreaking live project Tomorrow Comes The Harvest to the intimate surroundings of our venue.

Originally conceived in 2020 as a collaboration between Mills—widely hailed as the Godfather of Detroit techno—and the late, great Tony Allen, the pioneering Afrobeat drummer, the project represents a shared musical philosophy: to reach beyond the known, to transcend genre and tradition, and to create something entirely new through improvisation and exploration.

Although Allen’s passing in the same year marked the end of a physical partnership, the spirit of the project lives on. Mills continues to honour that original vision with an exceptional new line-up, featuring acclaimed French keyboardist Jean-Phi Dary and master Indian percussionist Prabhu Edouard on tabla.

Together, this trio crafts a mesmerising sonic landscape, blending electronic textures, jazz-inflected harmony, and intricate rhythms drawn from across the globe. At the heart of Tomorrow Comes The Harvest lies an invitation—to journey into the unknown, where spontaneous creation and deep listening shape each performance anew.

Taking place in the intimacy of our space, this rare live experience promises to be a landmark moment for lovers of avant-garde music, jazz, and forward-thinking electronica alike. Prepare for a performance that defies boundaries and expands the mind.
