Sunny Jar Eco Hub: Introduction to Waste-Free Living

Mon 16 September 7pm-9.30pm

We know that plastic has disastrous effects on our environment but what can we do about it? In this Low Waste introductory talk and workshop from the Sunny Jar Eco Hub team, they will exchange tips and tricks to help you live more sustainably.

What to expect

Join Maud and Linda, the co-founders of the Sunny Jar Eco Hub, for their introductory talk on what changes they have made to live low waste and how you can do it too.

After the talk, you will be invited to take part in a workshop, learning how to sew your own reusable produce bag so you can say no to plastic bags! All materials and sewing machines are provided, but we encourage you to bring fabric scraps or garments you wish to upcycle.
