In Conversation with Chine McDonald brings author, broadcaster and leadership thinker Chine McDonald together with audiences for a special online discussion during Black History Month 2026.
Presented by Windsor Leadership, the webinar will explore Chine McDonald’s personal experiences of leadership, identity and navigating professional life while creating space for questions and discussion with participants.
Chine McDonald is the Director of Theos, the religion and society think tank, and is widely known for her writing, broadcasting and commentary on race, faith, gender and society. She is also a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4’s Thought for the Day.
Her work has frequently examined how identity and lived experience influence the way people understand leadership, institutions and belonging. These themes have particular relevance during Black History Month, when organisations and communities are encouraged not only to recognise historic achievement but also to consider the experiences of Black people working and leading across Britain today.
Leadership can take many forms, from senior positions within major organisations to the quieter work of influencing communities, challenging established thinking and creating opportunities for others.
During this hour-long conversation, Chine will share insights from her own leadership journey before responding to questions from the audience.
The discussion provides an opportunity for participants to reflect on authentic leadership, representation and the experiences that shape the way individuals lead within increasingly diverse organisations and communities.
Taking place online during Black History Month 2026, the event is accessible to participants across the UK and will be particularly relevant to professionals, community leaders, managers and anyone interested in leadership, identity and social change.
Whether you already hold a leadership position or are developing your own professional journey, In Conversation with Chine McDonald offers an opportunity to hear from an influential contemporary Black British voice and consider what thoughtful, values-led leadership can look like today.
