Black History Month Walk: Celebrating Palma Black

Saturday 10th October 2026

Join Nao Step Warriors for a special Black History Month community walk celebrating Palma Black, founder of Soul Purpose 360.

Inspired by the Black History Month 2026 theme, Honouring Our Communities, the walk recognises Palma Black’s leadership and her work empowering Black women, supporting enterprise and strengthening communities.

Organised by Nao Step Warriors CIC, the event will begin at Crystal Palace Park’s Anerley Hill Gate.

Participants should arrive at 9.45am, ready for the walk to begin promptly at 10am.

The route will travel around Crystal Palace Park before continuing towards Croydon through Norwood Lakes.

The walk will finish at:

Soul-Full, Soul Purpose 360
62 George Street
Croydon
CR0 1PD

This is not a circular walk. Participants will need to arrange their journey home from Croydon after reaching the finishing point.

The event is free and open to all adults, but advance booking through Eventbrite is required.

Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather and bring drinking water.

Everyone who completes the walk will also be offered a complimentary 15-minute post-walk recovery telephone consultation with qualified Shiatsu and Reiki practitioner Norma Powell.

Details and a booking code will be shared with participants after the walk. The complimentary consultation will remain available for 14 days.

Come along and show Palma some proper South London love—or become an honorary South Londoner for the day.
