Nottingham Black Archive / Scanning Social – Free event

Saturday 4th March 2017 - 2pm to 5pm

Nottingham Black Archive is an organisation dedicated to researching, collecting and documenting Black history, heritage and culture. Find out what this Archive holds in its collection and become part of history by documenting your story.

Panya Banjoko (Nottingham Black Archive’s Learning, Engagement and Collections Manager) will give a presentation and she will answer all your questions.

Bring along your objects, photographs, books, newspaper clippings – anything that documents your personal story and relationship to Black heritage and culture. We will scan in your collections to add to the archive and share with visitors.
