Tues 22nd – 25th September

Set at the height of the British slave trade, Sancho is a new play written by, and starring, Paterson Joseph. Born on a slave ship in 1729 but eventually becoming the first black man to vote in a parliamentary election, this is a gripping insight into the remarkable true story of the life of Charles Ignatius Sancho.
