Born in London, singer-songwriter Kwaku Asante’s love for music was sparked early on by a house filled with gospel and jazz. Playing piano and singing in a choir as a child would later turn into recording demos in his university bedroom to selling out his first headline show at London’s Omeara.
With a worldwide audience growing organically, he uses storytelling to vividly narrate his journey of self-discovery through music that draws inspiration from Neo-Soul, Jazz, Blues & Gospel. His debut EP Honeycomb received rave reviews and his latest single “Dust” sees him carry on where he left off.
