Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Art form that combines music, dance, martial arts, acrobatics, street theatre, crafts, folklore, and practical philosophy. Join our Capoeira classes taught by Baris Yazar who is recognised by the Lukas award for ‘Best Brazilian Dance Teacher of the Year’ in 2011 and 2012.

 

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Art form that combines music, dance, martial arts, acrobatics, street theatre, crafts, folklore, and practical philosophy. It is the single most crossover and holistic art form globally and one of the few gender-neutral physical arts. Simply, Capoeira is known as a Dance — Fight — Game.

Baris Yazar has successfully performed and taught Capoeira for nearly two decades in London. Recognised by the Lukas award for ‘Best Brazilian Dance Teacher of the Year’ in 2011 and 2012.
