Acclaimed theatre company, Told by an Idiot, bring their joyous and fun show to Devonport Guildhall, and you are invited!

Enter a world of artfully controlled chaos where a mysterious bag drops from a height and the strangest egg sandwich is made in front of your eyes. Showcasing new content created through workshops with local young people and their families, who knows what might happen! Physical comedy, live music, acrobatics, silly dancing and audience interaction all feature in this ‘madcap little gem’ (Time Out) – a family show for anyone who breathes.

Told by an Idiot is a critically-acclaimed touring theatre company, supported by Arts Council England, creating work which takes creative risks, tells universal stories and includes everyone. With equal value placed on performance and participation, Told by an Idiot pushes the boundaries of show business and removes barriers between theatre makers, participants and spectators.
