Counterpoint Arts: The Power to Create

Friday 27th May

Exchange ideas with speakers driving social change, and disrupting power structures through vibrant, game-changing cultural content.

The Power To Create: Pop Culture & Narrative Change is a salon for TV and film creators and producers, storytellers, funders and narrative change-makers to discuss and network.

The panel features leaders from across the entertainment, narrative change and social justice sectors in the US and UK.

That includes Nana Bempah, an executive producer in film and advertising, and founder and CEO of Pocc, a creative network aiming to accelerate equality and equity for culturally and ethnically diverse people in the creative industries.

The discussion is moderated by Naima Khan, director of Inclusive Mosque Initiative and one of Nesta and The Observer’s 50 New Radicals of 2018.
