Trevor Nelson

Friday 27 August 2021

After an unbelievably difficult 13/14+ months for everyone in the UK, there is light at the end of the tunnel, and following the Prime Minister’s recent announcements, a date has been set for the return of clubbing and partying Trevor Nelson is throwing the Mother Of All Old School 90s & 00s RNB & HIP HOP parties after lockdown ends!

On Friday 27th August Trevor Nelson, alongside his guest djs Martin 2 Smoove, Hanif (plus potentially a few others) , will be hosting an opening weekend party at one of Manchesters coolest venues Gorilla.

Throughout lockdown one of Trevor Nelson’s favourite things to do was present his weekly old school Sunday show on BBC 1Xtra where he plays the the very best of 90s & 00s RNB and Hip Hop, very reminiscent of his legendary MTV BASE LICK shows and parties, and so Trevor has decided to return back to clubland for the first time since lock down celebrating life with the best club sounds every made! Expect everything from Beyonce and Destiny’s Child, to Usher and Jay Z… anger after banger, Lauryn Hill to Ashanti, Biggie to 112, Neyo to Chris Brown, classic after classic, this is the only way to get BACK TO LIFE… in style!

Tickets are very limited so please purchase your tickets early when they go on sale on Friday 28th May, because you won’t want to miss this, and there will be no tickets on the door as this event will sell out within a week!

So get your friends together, as we get ready to get BACK TO LIFE – 2021 style!
